NEVER touch this Airline they are gangsters. On February 8 just after paying for my flights I received a message saying my flights had been cancelled and my refund would be in my bank that day. There was a problem because I bought the ticket with my credit card but the flights were for my mom. Well the refund never came and 2 months later after so much agony and 'investigations' by Pegasus another message arrived. 'We have refunded you flights your payment will be in your bank today' 2 weeks later a nothing no refund. Today another message due to data protection laws we can not refund your money as the email on the reservation and my credit card details are not the same. So here we go again round 3 how many more total lies and deception from this criminal company?

Avoid this airline — it absolutely sucks! I paid for luggage as an add-on, and once the booking was completed and paid, it showed that even a small bag wasn’t allowed. I paid for luggage anyway. I then wasted over an hour on the phone with customer care for nothing — they didn’t offer any solution to the problem. So unprofessional and absolutely useless service.

The worst airline I’ve ever flown with. I had a business trip to Turkey, and my suitcase never arrived. I reported it right away and never received any response. There’s no customer service desk at the airport, all their emails are no-reply, and they offer no customer support whatsoever. I had to spend three days wearing the sweatpants I had on from the airport, with no response from the airline. I called, emailed, searched their website, etc., and got nothing. I had to attend all my meetings with clients in inappropriate clothing, and since it was a business trip, I didn’t have time to go shopping for clothes. On the third night, after many attempts, my suitcase finally arrived—completely destroyed, missing wheels, wires sticking out—and they told me they weren’t responsible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Avoid this airline if you have other travel options! Their service is incredibly poor — no support if your flight is delayed, gate changes are chaotic, flights are overbooked, the food is awful, and the in-flight service is downright pathetic. When flights are delayed or canceled, no one provides clear information, and customer service is unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. I’ve been waiting over two months for a delay certificate to claim insurance after my flight was delayed by 10 hours. Completely unacceptable experience. wanted to give ZERO rating but no option
