From helping me choose what type and size, to ensuring fast safe delivery, to ensuring they fitted properly, its been 100% fantastic customer service. I bought the calmer in kids as I have quite small ears for an adult. These have helped me to endure going shopping, going to busy crowded places. Then flare brought out the inserts for the calmer and WOW! even bigger difference in annoying noises! Im using the 15db at the moment and its helped me endure some of the manic Christmas shopping! Without them there is no way id be able to endure going. Not only do they help with sensory issues due to me being AuDHD but they also help me keep my independence too! I can still hear people talk but without all the annoying background noise. Honestly they have been an absolute god send for me and not only that, they are small enough for people not to see them. I dont want to walk around with a label on my head (ear defenders) saying im AuDHD so these are just perfect enough to be able to reduce noise without looking Autistic! People shouldn't judge but they do so these reduce the chances of being judged. Literally life changing devices for me and if anyone that is neuro divergent is thinking about buying these....stop thinking and do it! Once you get use to them (does take a bit of getting use too but only took 2 days for me), honestly you wont be without them ❤️🥰
CanadaI paid for the items but never received the items. I provided my full address for delivery and waited for more than a month. Eventually, I had to check everything myself and discovered that I was expected to pick up the package somewhere, even though Flare never sent me any notification they changed their delivery. After that, Flare studio still forcibly deducted money from the total amount I originally paid for the items.
United StatesI really love these! I don’t hear myself breathing. I can easily hear conversations. But my toddler can scream a foot away from me and there’s no sharp pain. It’s like all of the “sharpness” of harsh sounds is gone. These are comfortable for me for about 3-4 hours. They’re easy to clean with just warm water and dish soap. I keep them in my purse for when we go out and I don’t want to (or can’t) break out the huge noise canceling headphones. I’ve had these for months and they’re my go to “ear plug”.
