A terrible and deceptive service. Most of the positive reviews are clearly fake. They hand you a contract entirely in German, and unless you’re fluent, there’s no way to fully understand what you’re signing. Nowhere is it clearly stated that the contract duration is for a full year — they simply ask for the registration fee and the first month’s payment, which makes it seem like a monthly subscription. But in reality, you’re tied in for the entire year with no way out. They take advantage of tourists and non-German speakers, fully aware that most people won’t realize what they’re committing to. What they’re doing might be technically legal, but it’s highly immoral. A shameful practice, and a disgrace to anyone who believes in honest business. If you’ve had the same experience, feel free to contact me — we could consider a class action together.
