Terrible company with useless staff. I don't recommend anyone to even consider using Fastweb. I keep receiving hidden costs even though I have deactivate everything. I tried to explain to a totally unfriendly and incompetent staff member at the call centre but obviously she told me to basically go fcuk myself and hung up. Codice Cliente 24477328
Just pray you never get a problem on the line: we have been dealing with CS for 1,5 months: they just asked to repeat countless times the same useless procedures to solve a malfunctioning fixed line on the incoming calls. Every time the operator in charge of the ticket changes and you have to re-explain and restart troubleshooting from zero without solving anything. Some operators say it's the faulty line which has to be fixed in the telephone exchange, other operators say it is the faulty Fastweb router, they schedule an appointment with a tech to substitute it (but the tech doesn't show, so we call him and he says that no, he won't come to change the device because he is working on the exchange system...). I get it, you merged with Vodafone and that alone brings a lot of problems in the short run, but you can't let customer service get so messy.
Very easy to signup with Fastweb as an English speaking foreigner in Italy, however, almost impossible to contact them when you need support. You must have an Italian WhatsApp registered number to contact them. No one speaks English. Bot replies all the time. The account section doesn't provide real solutions. If you are a foreigner, then go elsewhere.
