Darren collected us immediately after disembarking and we set off right away - his punctuality and responsiveness from initial booking through to the journey itself was exceptional.The drive was very comfortable, and Darren was clearly incredibly well-prepared and knowledgeable about the route. What really impressed us was that he went above and beyond by sharing helpful tips for traveling around the UK and Europe with a dog, which we genuinely appreciated.This was our first time using a pet transport service like this and our first time bringing our do into the UK (we've previously travelled throughout the US and EU by air and train), and Darren and his team made it incredibly easy and smooth. Daniel and John are a fantastic and dynamic duo, extremely thoughtful and effective with both animals and people. We were very stressed when we arrived in Amsterdam and received little help from the airport staff. With 10 cases on 2 trollies and pushing our large German Shepherd in his travel crate, we managed to get into arrivals. From that moment onwards the burden of our journey was lifted from our shoulders by John and Daniel. They transported us with ease, made us feel completely comfortable, dealt with the challenges of the journey, held our hands through the Calais pet centre process, transported us to our home in UK and helped us up three flights of stairs with our baggage, even though we arrived very late just before midnight and they had a long journey home ahead of them. They truly went above and beyond. Needless to say, without hesitation, we wholeheartedly recommend Daniel and John to anyone.
