Wow has the majority of past current and past, Thursday releases mega sucked and let me not get into how bad their game launcher is, a whole book could be written by how bad it is, it has to be the worst of them all, when comparing...
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has terrible customer service, no number to call, chat feature ont he website NEVER has anyone available. Instead you end up sending requests into the abyss that may be answered after 5-10 minutes with links that are not helpful. And tickets closed out even though nothing is resolved. I had a simple item, I needed a fortnite gift card to be loaded into our profile. Well the console and epic games can't figure out how to merge the 2 profiles together. None of the troubleshooting instructions actually work for trying to fix on my own. Ive now spent over 2 hours without anything being resolved. I absolutely won't be giving these folks anymore money.
Daughters had account lost. Very little help given from epic. She has spent a good few hundred over the years and now thats all lost. No personel contact available, basically at the mercy of an uncaring company who obviously only cares that they have the money in the end. For the amount they must be making id expect more. Will not be using any of their products in future
