I have booked online for an automatic car, and I have even called 2 weeks prior to make sure that the car would be an automatic one. But during the day, there is no automatic car. What is the point of the online booking then? The service is rather slow. And the deposit for particular person is only possible with credit card.

Easy to book, drive and return 👌

I would give negative stars if I could. We rented an Easybox from Dockx gent and unfortunately caused a small orange paint scuff. We didn’t notice the damage when returning the van. The next day, they emailed us about it and asked us to fill out a form. The day after that, we were shocked to receive a damage invoice for €730. We immediately checked with several professional garages, and all quoted between €150–€175 for the repair. After a lot of back and forth, they ended up deducting €427.63 from our €500 deposit, and only returned €72.37. To be honest, if we had noticed the paint mark earlier, it could have been cleaned up with thinner and two hours of effort. So please be extremely careful if you rent from them. Take thorough photos and check every detail before and after—otherwise, you might end up paying far more than necessary.
