Used Diet chef having read the positive reviews.Had a target weight which I set and achieved, 1 and 1/2 stones in 2 months.Easy to follow plan, meals very well prepared, lunches very tasty.Great choice.Support network excellent ,particular mention for Jenny on the support team.Would reccomend if you are serious and committed to losing weight.

The Diet Chef support team were very helpful, especially when they replaced returned food I did not like. Also, replying promptly with any queries I had.
