Tracking item tells me dpd cant deliever as they dont have all delivery details. Can you get of anyone at this fly by night company? Can you heck! Just a answer message saying all customer sercive experts are busy helping other customers. I expect they are busy, probably overwhelemed. Well done diamond factory for ruining a big anniversary surprise!

On my first visit, Walid helped me choose the right option with great knowledge and honesty, which really reassured me. When I returned a few weeks later to collect them, Jasmine and Burcu looked after me. They were lovely to speak with, made me feel comfortable, and the whole experience felt personal and special. The earrings were even completed earlier than expected and they look beautiful. I’m really happy with both the service and the final result.
