I have my own webshop since not long and used dhl because I thought it would be okay with my packages.6 of the 17 packages ive sended up are gone missing and dhl only says its my OWN FAULT for not taking some kind of insuarance. This company costed me around 340 euro’s!Sorry if my english is bad:)
I've been waiting at home for a package all day in Den Haag. At 2:00 PM I see a courier who doesn't ring my doorbell. I go out to him and ask where my package is. He says he doesn't have it. At 3:30 PM I get an email saying he couldn't deliver the package because I wasn't home. Very sick
Im gonna do this one in English, the company lies before you even start to do business. It promises you they will deliver for a whooping 6 euro costs. However they lie more then any free service i have seen. Fake house calls fake updates fake agents they all lie. Keep far away from this disaster company.
Genuinely joke of a company. Have my package for almost 2 weeks. No sign of it. Customer service is a complete joke. Using other delivery companies..
