GBGBAVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Unable to review the malteaser cake as it wasn’t sent, Oreo cake was sent instead and days later when I had pad extra for Saturday delivery. Customer service for this company is shocking and whoever ‘Adrian’ is that calls himself the sales and customer service manager needs to be replaced. PayPal had to refund me in the end as company failed to fulfill my order and in the correct timeframe. I used to be a great fan of this company but not sure what has happened to them, will never use again.
STAY WELL CLEAR..... I ordered cakes as a nice surprise for a friend... The cakes were delivered up around the corner to a random address not a trusted neighbour.. Apparently my friend wasn't in or was it the case DPD just wanted to make the delivery at all cost to get paid and wasn't willing to wait a few minutes... May I add no note was put through the door to say they tried to deliver..... It took 3 days to recover the by now gone off and damaged cakes.. I spoke to ADRIAN the Customer service manager..... I voiced my concerns a few times with ADRIAN but he was happy with the service they had given me... The cakes weren't cheap so you would expect a better service but if my experience with ADRIAN has anything to go by the just happy to take you money with no regard to any customer service.... Be aware........
DO NOT ORDER! You will never receive your order and once you don’t get your goods, the customer service continue to ignore you and never get back to you. All they reply is do you want a refund or for us to resend the items. After multiple emails asking for my refund (read the room) I do not want the goods to be resent and I have no faith in ever receiving them. They don’t seem to be bothered if something goes wrong with your order and think by ignoring you the problem will go away. From looking at the reviews this has happened to a lot of people and that is absolutely appalling. You can’t ignore people when you haven’t provided a service you promised. I am now left with no cheese cake or brownies and being ignored for a refund. Please process my refund today and I’m looking for an email back, apologising for the shocking service.
Terrible! Wrong cake delivered ( much cheaper than the one I ordered) they said they tried to contact me, they didn’t. They have now said the cookies are out of stock. Customer service is shocking. Con con con
