I'm not dealing directly with DC Law — my solicitor is amazing — but unfortunately, DC Law is the seller's solicitor for the property I was willing to buy in London. I'm about to drop the sale after almost 5 months of the conveyancing process. They are extremely slow, and they keep saying that my solicitor is not replying to them, when in reality, they never reply to us. Everything is extremely far-fetched and painful. Reading the reviews here, I can see I’m not alone — I’ve had the same experience as most people. I would avoid using them if you're a buyer or a seller.

DC Law are not my solicitors, thank god. However, they are still causing massive stress to myself and my partner in what should be a happy time in our life. DC Law are representing the bottom of my chain, a first time buyer for a one bedroom flat. This buyers offer was accepted in August 2024, enquiries have been ongoing since October 2024; they have raised 6 rounds so far. Myself and my partner had had an offer accepted on a property which we then had to pull out of in December and yet we have still managed to get to the point we are ready to exchange on a new property before DC Law have even managed to agree all enquiries. DC Law are causing significant stress to a number of people and are ignoring all emails and calls from estate agents and solicitors. As far as we can tell they have to agree to a change of wording on an indemnity and agree exchange dates which shouldn't take this long. Do NOT use. I am more than happy to give direct feedback to the firm if they wish to speak with me; I suspect they won’t after this poor review

Total waste of time. Recommended by COOP for probate and I have to say dealing with them is like dealing with Diarrhoea. Only atleast with Diarrhoea it is usually a short term thing. These guys drag out the pain for as long as they can, failing to update you and just being a barrier. Avoid, do not use them. Save yourselves some pain.
