United StatesVery poor customer service. I bought a futon cover washed it once and it fell apart - zipper, threads, etc. They claimed that it was supposed to be dry cleaned. There was no such indication on the cover. The damage would not have been avoided by dry cleaning. Don’t spend your money here is you can avoid it. They do not stand by their products.
United StatesWish I'd seen these reviews before placing my order. 12 days after my order I messaged their site to find out why I hadn't received shipping information. They responded "My item was discontinued. Would I like to make another selection?" So after 12 days and in inquiry initiate by me they decide to share that my item was not available? Are you F'ing kidding me? Incompetence abounds with this company. Don't waste your time.
United StatesHow is DCG store still in business!!!!???? This is the 3rd time they have purposely sent me the wrong product , I did not order! and they are not paying for return shipping!! Infuriating that they still are able to conduct business in the US! This must be stopped!
