Wonderful country. Worst airport especially for business/first travellers. Completely ineffectual airport from security (super small bags allowed and makeup thats powdered they claim is part of liquids). You’ll need to throw our about 1/2 your carry on toiletries -so if your travelling for more than 2 days and trying to get to other countries -check a suitcase. Because carry on and security are crazy here. As well you will never see a sign directing you to any of the business lounges. Nor are there live persons at info to answer a basic question. Nor do any staff (ie duty free stores) know where or how to access the lounges as heading to terminal 2. Just be aware of this. Unless your Nordic and travel thru this hub you’ll find this to be one of the most inefficient airports in the world. Shame as country is quite organized.
The worst airport in the world. A country pro children and they don’t allow you to take the doble pram for twins to the gate! On top of that they don’t let you get it on the scale. 9 hours scale with 3 kids and no pram thanks to the advance danish!!! Horrible
The worst airport I have ever been. With incompetent staff and rules that don't make sense that don't apply to any other airport.
The security process was an absolute mess. The queue was massive, and once you finally reached the front, it was the usual routine—jacket off, all electronics out, the works. But then, before you could even walk through the scanner, you had to wait for your luggage to move ahead first. The bags took forever, so we were just left standing there awkwardly, not allowed to proceed. Security even told me twice to wait for my luggage. I honestly can’t believe it’s 2025 and the airport is still operating like this. Very unimpressed.
