DO NOT.. I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I order Halloween decor August 2nd for my Friday the 13 th party in September! I did not receive it until TODAY, October 17th!!! On the website it says if you order by a certain Time your order will ship that following Monday... LIES LIES LIES! You will not be able to get in touch with anyone from customer service it's all a SCAM!! NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered on August 26, 2024 and have yet to receive my order. I have emailed multiple times with a different excuse each time. No phone number to call. First email, system update and they “realized order wasn’t shipped”. Second email “items not in stock”. Third email refund my money. Forth email, sent my request to refund department. This is a fraudulent activity. I tried looking up phone number for company. I reached a number staring “they are using this number and have no permission”. Now, I’m trying to get my money back !!!! I would NOT recommend anyone to order from this sham of a company !!!!!! They will immediately process order and you will get nothing in return. !!!!’
A total scam! I ordered almost a month ago and still haven't received my order. I've emailed twice and gotten the same response "system upgrade," which they've been using this same excuse for months now. I'm about to dispute the claim with my credit card. NEVER purchase from these losers! The only reason it has one star is because it's required to even leave a review.
