Costa, Knightswick Centre, Canvey Island Coffee and toast excellent and staff helpful serving and clearing tables. HOWEVER the cloth chairs in this store are ABSOLUTELY FILTHY and need recovering URGENTY. Costa PLEASE do something about this. It’s a very popular store.

Ordered a matcha latte this morning, I think I got a sprinkle of matcha , more a milk and hot water for £4.40 . I was going to drink the milky hot water but chaanged my mind and i took it back . Staff i think where not the best at rectifying this but they did. For matcha I will stick to Henry's in the future. Shame I couldn't add a picture to this review

Never received my collection and refund was refused.

Tables were full of cups Staff were friendly Staff taking too much rather than clearing the tables Paid for 2 coffees but only had half a cup I've noticed a few times now covering it with froth
