GBGBAbsolutely terrible firm, would strongly avoid and use proper qualified solicitors not this “online” company. Their ineptitude has cost us extra mortgage payments at a higher rate because they failed to meet the agreed completion date because they were unable to complete simple tasks such as sending forms to the Housing Association and taking deposit from the buyers…. You would think these are simple self explanatory actions for a “solicitor” but these people are unqualified and lacking in intellect. Their communication is shockingly poor. The other 1 star reviews will tell you the same. Don’t waste your time and money, use a real solicitor firm instead.
