Coffee machine broke in 6 months although I did not even use it daily. The brand made a service but still not working. coffee friend refused to give another one. I sent videos still they beli ve that the machine is not working
I bought a coffee grinder from Coffee Friend. It developed a fault. I sent it to the manufacturer It has been over 30 days. Two replacement attempts by the manufacturer failed. The retailer is now refusing a refund, claiming it's not their problem because they don't have the physical item, which is currently lost/held by their own manufacturer. They are also incorrectly claiming the 'reasonable time' clock only started yesterday. Everything is legally incorrect. Don’t buy with them and don’t buy Baratza grinders
Providing the product works and is in stock when it is called down by them then this company is probably as good as any other online supplier. However I received a Flair Wizard milk steamer with a faulty valve and after a number of emails the only way to get any response was to call them on the phone. It was a struggle every step of the way from them trying to diagnose the fault with the manufacturer (apparently), to agreeing there was a fault, returning the item and eventually being sent a replacement. Frankly the service level was appalling and I would never recommend them even at a significant price saving. This was on the run up to Christmas and they made no attempt to speed things along, so spoiled both the birthday present for mid December and not even resolved for the Christmas break.

Order never arrived, was told the resolution could take up to 2 weeks. 3 weeks later i have to get in contact with them to ask what's happening, now told to fill out a completely different dispute form.
