From start to finish, I knew what to expect and when it will be done. Installation was done in a professional manner.
Extremely prompt and professional customer aftercare support. I had my beautiful orangery from Clearview coming up to 5 years ago and recently noticed a blown glass unit in one of the windows that meant I could see some condensation inside of the double glazed unit. I raised this initially by phone and I received a phone call back the very next day. The process was really simple - I explained the position of the blown unit, sent a couple of photos via email and Tim Barnacle, the Aftercare Administrator, took care of the rest. A mutually agreeable appointment was made for an engineer to come out and replace the unit and the best thing was, as I was still under warranty, everything was all free of charge! Now my 5 year old Orangery is 100% perfect again and I am one super satisfied customer. I cannot recommend Clearview enough, you will not be disappointed with their products, installation and commitment to customer aftercare.

The engineer quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, then talked me through the issue, what was causing it, and even showed me how, should it unlikely reoccur, I could easily resolve myself if I chose to do so (otherwise just call Clearview again) Brilliant,
Great experience. One of the glasses in the window in my Orangery broke. I rang Clearview who offered a no quibble replacement and set a date for the repairman to come. He arrived as planned did the job with no problems
