GBGBThe first time ordered on-line, there was no alert as promised that the goods had arrived in Wakefield. I had to call the branch. The second time I ordered on-line, the person at the shop offered to call me when the goods arrived. Which he did. So 0/10 for your on-line service and 10/10 for your Wakefield branch staff. Would have given 5 stars if not for the poor on-line service.
