GBGBEverything was all good. My item was delayed by 3 days.The box for my item was also wet. No idea why but I was a bit worried my item may fall out of the packaging 😅.
GBGBGBGBGreat service from Alex Today. I had an issue identifying a boiler part and he showed alot of knowledge and expertise finding the exact part. Great counter service. Will definetely be using the branch again. Saved me so much time.
GBGBOrdered and paid online to collect following day. Received order confirmation telling me to wait for for email and text on the day before collecting. That never came, nor did it the following day. No luck up on phone calls and had to get an alternative elsewhere. Finally got refund but very poor service in my opinion. Won’t bother again.
