Item needed at short notice available in stock to collect same day. Called the store to make sure this was definitely the case and the lady I spoke to and the store manager were very helpful. Also got a 10% discount on checkout

Avoid at all costs. Had an ensuite bathroom installed in October of 2023 and even after very light use the toilet inlet valve failed by Christmas. Valve replaced and a year later, again after very light use, failed again. Weeks of messing about waiting for the spare part to arrive and getting a fitter to do it. Impossible to do the work yourself as all the cabinets and fascia were sealed in around the toilet and I had to rip the front off to even turn the water off that was flowing full bore down the toilet bowel. (Lets not mention the water bill at this point). Of course the guarantee doesn't cover labour to replace the unit so have had to shell out £216 in total to have a problem fixed that was purely down to rubbish Iflo parts. The best bit is that Iflo and City Plumbing are the same company but for some reason it took an age to source a replacement. Two stars because the rest of the bathroom is ok and was fitted to a very high standard. Otherwise no stars.
