PortugalChronopost received from the supplier my purchase on the 17th November. It has sat in the distribution centre depot 0958 for the last 12 days. There is no way of contacting them to find out why nor to find out when it will arrive. Of all the different delivery services I have experienced in Europe, this is the worst (and most expensive)
FranceTerrible delivery service!!! They never deliver the package to the requested address and always claim they “couldn’t reach me,” even though more than once I stayed home the entire day waiting at the scheduled time. Instead, they just spam emails saying the delivery failed!!! On top of that, when you choose a pick-up point on their own website, they end up sending your parcel to a completely different pick-up location — often an hour away or more!!! Do NOT use this service — they are scammers!!! The worst delivery experience I have ever had!!!
