good product sent quickly but left at incorrect Direkten by Bring (courier) which was irritating.
Advertised as 1-5 business days for delivery. Received a mail that my order had been packed and sent the same day. 20 days later and it has still not arrived, and there is not communication about the status of my parcel. Contacted customer support but it will take them 2-5 business days to review my ticket. What a joke. Update: Called customer support and it turns out my package was delivered but I never received a mail or message to pick it up, i was also informed that the package had been returned to the warehouse because i had not picked it up for a full week. Which would be impossible to pick up since i was not made aware that it had arrived nor did i have the security code to receive the package. The lady at customer support informed me that there would be a fee for packages that were not picked up but that they would cancel the fee because of the mix up. How very generous.
I have placed an order for an item on 5th of Dec and waited for a couple of days for the order to be processed but I didn't receive any confirmation so I called the call center and staff informed me that the order wasn't processed and she would do it manually, and again I waited for couple of days and then decided to follow up again on 12th, but the order wasn't processed, what seems to have happened is that they had a very limited stock om sale maybe a piece or two, and when they sold it they have just ignored the other custoemrs who have placed an order and hoped that if they don't accept an order it would just be canceled. I have informed the staff that the item is available in Motala which is a couple of hours' drive from where I live and alternatively I can just travel for less than 10 minutes and pick up the item I want from Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, interestingly enough she suggested I travel there and make the purchase??? what makes your service pathetic and utterly disappointing is the below: 1.no checks whatsoever on the orders placed? 2.no follow-up with the customers who placed an order and haven't received it. 3. no lean system to address such cases and resolve the customer's issue as a responsible and professional organization, instead of just canceling the order and asking the customer to solve a problem your system had caused. 4. the closure with: the frustration I have gone through and apparently a lot of customers went through will be used to improve the service, but how does that help me as a customer who has been through such a disappointing experience?? that was my 1st purchase attempt and it seems to be the last for sure.
