GBGBHad terrible problems with the credit department who cancelled the delivery. My mum is a vulnerable elderly person having had two strokes. I had to call certas five times to sort things out. It took over three weeks for the delivery to arrive. Usually they are spot on and always helpful. I found it all very stressful.
GBGB4th review now and still not replied to why the were sending without an order being placed. Despite their so called replies to the reviews

GBGBNot the best experience. During the time when fuel went through the roof. They failed to deliver on two occasions due to tanker fault which eventually led to a huge price hike. However eventually after many phone calls they did honour our original price quote. But what a hassle!!
