I would give zero if I could to this load of vultures with no intelligence or humanity. No human decency or conscience No way of contacting them directly except by paying or appealing Appalling bullying parking notice sent I appealed with evidence I had paid but they refused my appeal stating payment had not been received A car park at a major hospital with both payments machines broken is unacceptable One covered in black plastic for at least the preceding 16 days I am not sure if their demand for £100 in these circumstances meets the threshold for fraud ? my wife was seriously ill in the hospital and I spent 10 to 20 minutes trying and succeeding in paying on the Ring Go app so how the idiots can say I have not paid beats me!!

Absolutely evil ! Wrong on so many levels in my case, causing so much unnecessary stress. I have done absolutely nothing wrong at all and am being bombarded with letters, fines and charges which I have to use my time to seek legal advice for something I HAVEN'T DONE

My daughter parked at the Omniplex, High Wycombe in 2021! whilst visiting the cinema. She went to the counter to verify her student status as she had bought her ticket online. The chap behind the counter offered to enter her car registration details for her into the CE service computer and she accepted. When she asked for a receipt she was told that the machine did not issue receipts. Some time later she received a fine from CE service. She appealed to them after many attempts to contact them and gave evidence that she had been to the cinema and her use of the car park was not fraudulent. CE service has harassed her since over emails and telephone calls. They would not listen to her or accept that they had made an error. This has escalated and last week, at 4 months pregnant, she had a meeting with an arbitrator. CE service would not drop the case and she is now awaiting a court hearing. My daughter has suffered unimaginable stress over this issue and this company has no empathy, sympathy or decency. My daughter will face them in court and will take her chances as this is unjust, unfair and shameful.

Parking charge appeal rejected after being sent a Parking Charge while staying at a Premier Inn Gatwick Even though used the terminal to register the vehicle, I provided CE with my booking details only to be rejected. - with the caveat of "send us £20 to forget about it" No way. I was permitted to park. Had I sent this £20 to shut them up, I would have been making myself complicit to owning up to having parked outside their T&Cs Then over a month later they sent another one, for my a differernt date within the same block of dates I was there. So... Had I caved in and paid them £20 to 'put this to bed', that next Charge I wouldnt have a chance as I'd have made myself liable. If you did not park imporperly, appeal every time and do not pay this company. POPLA cleared both my Notices. Tip of the Day If you find yourself using a parking terminal that does not give you a receipt. Take a photo of your Reg + Details after entering. This company are unreachable, unapproachable and unethical. Frightening consumers with bailiffs and fear of court letters, increasing costs if you do not pay. Shame on them. But this is how the world runs today.
