I placed an order at CDON buying four items. I got a confirmation. Then a few days later CDON cancelled the order. Not one item. Not two. Not three. But all four items claiming they were out of stock. I sucpected CDON made a mistake. Finally they admitted that they had made a mistake. Now, one would expect them to compensate. But not CDON. They did not even offer to activate my order letting me buy the four items at the initial price. Instead, CDON was so rude that they asked me to put a new order at a significantly high price. Do CDON believe I will order from them again - dream on.

I expected to be dealing with a Swedish store. Instead my order was send from Spain and took some time to arrive. I received a totally different item from what I ordered. It took several days of chatting with the customer service to receive a return label and now the original item is no longer available. I will need to wait until the item is back in Spain to get my refund. Best to avoid CDON due to long delivery time and poor customer service. **Update 14 Aug I have been waiting for a refund for over a month now. Absolutely one of the worst online shopping experiences. **Update 29 Aug Finally received my refund after waiting for almost 2 months after returning the item.
I bought a pair of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro via CDON (sold by iXpress). The product arrived defective: the right earbud made a strange vibrating sound when using ANC or Ambient Sound, and during calls, others reported hearing strange background noises. I reported the problem immediately and returned the product after receiving instructions. However, my refund request was rejected. I was told that since the headphones are a "hygiene product" they cannot refund me, but instead they would send the product for repair. This is incomprehensible. I am not asking for a refund because I changed my mind - the product arrived defective. According to consumer law, I am entitled to a refund or a new replacement product, not a repaired product. Otherwise, I would receive a refurbished product, even though I paid full price for a new one and only used the headphones for less than 24 hours. It feels like a loophole that sellers can exploit: selling defective goods and refusing refunds by misusing the excuse "hygiene product". This is unacceptable, and if CDON does not take responsibility, I will escalate the matter to ARN.
