Well Done Card Factory Blackwood. Today was a very special occasion my daughter 18th birthday. The Manager went out of her way to help me select ballon’s and put colours together. Even though the shop was busy she was very kind and helpful.

Lack of customer service is a disgrace in the omagh card factory shop. I only ask a staff member a question and her snappy answer without even looking at me was so rude. Won’t be back I was the only customer in store.

I just wanted to leave a review thanking the ladies at the Card Factory in Corby, namely Louise & Helen. I was trying to track down a little Easter toy that I had previously bought for my Granddaughter and it had broken - nowhere else (locally) had it but Corby found two in the storeroom which was all they had left and put them aside for me. I dashed straight over and the ladies were really lovely, friendly and helpful - an absolute credit to your store! In an age where customer service is generally rubbish these ladies went above and beyond. It really was just a cheap small Easter toy but my Granddaughter was so upset when it broke and these two ladies put a smile back on her face! Thank you Louise & Helen!
