GBGBOrdered 3 Easter eggs but only 1 was delivered. Guy on the live chat provided a refund for the missing 2, and delivery, which was fair enough. Problem is, their customer service don’t seem empowered to do much - he wasn’t able to refund the3rd egg, I’d have to do a return myself, and he couldn’t send replacements, I had to place another order myself. Mistakes happen of course, but I expect the customer service to be a one stop shop for resolutions. As it happened, they didn’t have any stock of that particular egg left anyway. I ended up ordering from Morrision’s via Amazon.
