GermanyI never imagined to write a negative review, but these people are a scam. I cancelled my subscription on October (I even received an e-mail notification saying that I cancelled it!). However, on the 5th November they sent me an e-mail to confirm that they are going to charge me for the 2025 tax declaration too. I even contacted customer support and instead of helping they ignored my request giving me an answer without responding to my question. Basically, they don't care about the mistake they made. I won't use them never again. Check it out. I am not the only one who has been scammed even if I cancelled on time (before the 31st October according to their rules) but has been charged. I will contact the EVZ (Europäische Verbraucherzentrum Deutschland) and if the problem persists, I will contact the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) EU Platform . If they don't solve your problem, you all should do that as well.

GermanyUsed their service once. They've been billing me yearly ever since. I finally decided to delete my account on September. I still get emails from them and most recently an invoice for a renewal into 2026. I tried to reach support, but this company refuses to be available. They don't offer any email support and their phone support is backed by an absolutely useless AI. I'll just have to wait until they try to get money from me and then get it back thanks to the EU's consumer rights. The fact that this company still has access to my personal information is a gross violation of the GDPR. Beware before you give them any information. Edit: Just had a wonderful conversation with Buhl support after a found another hotline number. They explained to me that "deleting the buhl account" doesn't actually delete the buhl account. It just removes an email address. Buhl believes any subscription is therefore still valid. I can only recommend nobody do business with these people.
