They are horrible. Badly reachable in case of issues and they don’t seem eager to help but only tell they understand and can’t do anything. My internet connection is not working since last week. They agreed with me to send someone on day X between 12:30-16:00. One day before they changed the time to 11:00-14:00. When I called them to tell I can’t be there before 12:30 they threatened me with a €65 penalty instead of trying to help and postpone. They do whatever they want and suits themselves. Go for Budget Internet in case you are craving headache.
I couldn't see any info online, so I called them. The prices they told me and the prices in contract they send are totally different! Don't trust them! Horrible!
So, lets begin about claim stabile KPN network..used KPN for few years from different providers, was decent connection despite limited speed at my place. Thus, when i got offer to get KPN network again with a bit cheaper pricing i gladly accepted offer..and this was a terrible mistake... Disconnections every 5-15 min...wifi 5 cheapest possible router and no possibility to cancel contract even when have actually unusable connection....you cant even watch yt video of 30-40min or hour series with several disconnections... Like for 1h episode you waisting 1,5 hour...most stressful experience ever. Not sure about KPN itself, but with such subproviders will avoid any of their service in the future. Budget internet - best ad for not trusting KPN anymore.

They couldn't connect me to the internet even though they came for service twice. You are having trouble connecting to customer service.They couldn't solve the problem for 2 monthsI. I paid extra for 2 months for internet service that I never received. When I cancelled (I hope I can do it), they wanted half of the remaining 10 months as a penalty always talk about this experience with my friends and people around me. It's a company I never want to hear the name of.
