Britelite started with John Baxter and Arthur Clacy in the showroom/offices in Lower Stone Street in Maidstone, with two teams of fitters and two administrators. Now, in 2025, we have our Head Office in Parkwood Trading Estate, Maidstone which also houses one of our conservatory show centres. Great communication. Always phoned me back with updates. The fitters were excellent - absolute stars.
One window panel smashed on delivery and aonther one scratched. Had to wait nearly two weeks for replacements. Screws left in the garden and silicone left on a rubber mat. Disappointed as had used britelight before and they were very good.
