He progressed through the ranks, gaining experience at all levels over his 44-year career, and founded Brayleys in 2003. Very relaxed and friendly sales rep who didn't push or try to over-sell. A fault with one wheel was spotted before the hand-over resulting in a brand new wheel, showing duty of care. Our second-hand electric car was delivered looking fabulous and brand new, it just needed charging up a bit more due to an oversight before we were ready to drive it away.
Easy to book, pre-appointment checks appreciated, made to feel very welcome and comfortable in the customer waiting area, regular updates whilst I was there, lovely staff - also loved the chill-out music, just the right volume!
We were a bit apprehensive when we first entered the dealership to view the deals for a new car to suit our needs and budget. After visiting other Brand dealerships where we were pounced on by Sales as soon as we entered the Showroom we were met by a Lad called Josh after a few minutes or so who was extremely pleasant& polite and asked if we needed assistance. He was very helpful and after listening to our preferences regarding choice and price of car, he quickly narrowed things down to suit our needs. When we first entered the building we never imagined we would be purchasing a new car on the day but with the help & advice from Josh we were both convinced this was the right car & deal for us. We are now the proud owners of a Nissan Qashqai thanks to Josh.
