I've had some queries and complaints with Booking and no feedback or attention whatsoever was given, not fare for a customer has spend on the family bookings consider amount.

Booking.com refused to reimburse the difference for a significantly lower hotel fare I found on another booking site. Although I provided the requested information, they rejected the refund request without specifying the reasons, denying me the opportunity to address any allegedly missing details. I followed up, but they ignored my request for clarification

I miss the chance to have more filters, so I don’t search such a long time. Also we have different opinions what are „budget travellers“. For some people 100€ is a cheap room, for us it’s absolute maximum, even if we like to spend money for Restaurant or culture.
