Worst possible gift to receive. 99% of the activities are only partly included or just not available anymore. They advertise you can exchange the coupon for a different one, well not without paying extra. I absolutely loathe this company and people who gift these probably hate you.

I got a bongo box as a gift. I tried redeeming the code on their website (belgian AND dutch websites) and kept getting an error (1000000). Upon contacting customer support, the chat bot suggests that I change my browser or that I try again later (very unhelpful). I am never connected to a real person, just to a chatbot that repeats the same solutions I already tried. I am just glad I am not the person that wasted their money on this rubbish. Avoid Bongo with all you can, please. Imagine wasting hundreds of euros on a gift that the other person will NEVER receive, and even worst, they will waste HOURS of their life trying to solve. This company should be reported and prosecuted. EDIT: The email the provided in their answer is the exact same email that leads to the chatbot "Olivia" conversation. Again, even on a third party review website, they continue to push the same unhelpful chatbot to pretend they are doing something.

They are just 'stealing' money with an expiration policy, although I cannot understand how money can expire

Received a bongo card as a gift, after cancelling a first booking for a night, the replacement bongo card was largely downgraded. It seems that they have a nonsensical cancellation policy, where if you cancel something, you won't even be able to book the very same thing you just cancelled. Customer service couldn't help with this at all. They don't make an effort to help customers, and the cancellation policy is similar to what you'd expect from an airline. Ended up paying for the night, such an awesome giftcard lol
