We had the pleasure of Donna and Ruby acting on our behalf for the sale of our property, and I cannot fault the service we received. Our buyer's offer was dependent on completing before the SDLT increase, which we thought would make it quite stressful, but Donna and Ruby's hard work really kept us at ease, as I am happy to say at no point was it ever Bishopsgate Law holding up the proceedings. Donna helped me navigate some of the awkward back and forth queries we had with the buyer's solicitor and always kept me up to date with what the current status was.
