I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of service and individual attention I received .The representative who dealt with my concern was named Karen . She demonstrated a good understanding of my issue and immediately resolved it I was treated in a very friendly, polite ,caring ,professional and highly efficient manner throughout . I would have no hesitation in buying from this company again . I could not of asked for better customer service. My representative who overlooked this certainly endorsed an excellent company customer relations policy.

Ordered items from the bathroom shop and so far are very happy with what’s been received, although they haven’t been fitted yet , however customer service is dreadful , they clearly do not care about the customer once the order has been paid for ! I initially contacted them to say I’d ordered the wrong toilet , this was 10 -15 minutes after payment, I was told there was nothing they could do , I then noticed that the toilet I wanted was out of stock anyway so I asked if they could advise when it would be back in stock if at all so I could return and re order only to be told they have no idea! The second time I called customer services was to advise I’d received the wrong toilet seat , i received a short message back saying that’s what I ordered no offer to assist further I accepted that it was my mistake and asked how I could exchange from Oak to White as I had simply clicked on the wrong one , same toilet , same price just a different seat. To this request I was told it was not possible I would need to return the seat for a refund , to my shock the refund offered was around £23 , when the cost of the seats are much higher , i enquired as to how this could be and again another short curt response So in conclusion the products appear to be really nice and delivered in a timely fashion , well packaged, however if you want any help returning or exchanging it’s a very different story
