Overal very quick and efficient. I have been a member since January 2008.However. I upped my cover in February and you have to allow 13 weeks for the new payments to start . This seems fair, but it is very annoying you can't upload claims via the website in the meantime. You have to email with attachments, or send by post. Bit inconvenient if you don't have a printer.
Had trouble doing my claim online so called helpdesk. Spoke to customer service on the 5/5/2026.The young lady explained exactly a note has been placed on my account so she would send me an online claim form to my email which was received straight away. I completed it but struggled due to size of downloads. Following date I submitted after figuring out what to do correctly and my claim was through with no additional struggle. Due to my circumstance he emailed me everything I needed. Which I received immediately. I also had a few queries due to my underlying health conditions and these was explained with regards to my policy plan. Great customer service team.
