Received an above and beyond service from Jamie and Marc from Telford store. Today they collected furniture from us in a professional thoughtful manner. Text yesterday and call today to advise of time of collection. Great communications.Pleasant and polite. All good five star service.

Easy to use online form to arrange furniture donation, after which I was contacted to confirm pick up details. Great communication. Drivers messaged to let me know time of collection and then a reminder when they were on way. Really courteous, professional and friendly. Overall, from the start it was all very efficient, and I would definitely donate to British Heart Foundation again.

Following a very bad experience with rehoming my furniture with a local heart foundation second hand shop, I looked them up for any similar problems I faced. Found they were fined for breaching donors privacy and many questions asked about their handling of animals in their experiments. Not a charity I would help.
