United StatesI had my balance up to $2000 and requested a withdrawal. The money stays in your balance until whenever they get around to reviewing it, during daytime hours. So in the meantime, I used a bonus. I made it through the rollover on the bonus and when that happens the bonus funds are put into your account balance with the regular funds. So now I have the 2000 that I was cashing out and the bonus funds, which still have rollover. I lost the bonus funds but didn’t drop below 2000. The next day, because despite saying fastest payouts in the industry on their site, they take several hours to even look at it, I see that my withdrawal is cancelled. I ask about it and am told that i have like 41k in rollover before I can cash out. So funds that previously didn’t have any rollover, now have a ton of it. After continuously asking about it and obviously complaining, I am told that senior management has reviewed and will let me cash out the original 2000, along with the 5000 maximum cash out on the bonus if I complete the 41k rollover. Which pretty much means I get nothing as I already lost it. So beware of lengthy payout times and possible theft of your funds, as that is pretty much what happened to me.
United StatesFor what is now the third time I have won enough to be able to cash out on a casino freep play and for the third time in a row they came up with some creative loop hole as to why they could not pay this time referring to something that allegedly occured in >>2023<< and yes your reading that correctly now almost 3 years ago. I literally laughed out loud when I heard the unbelievable crap coming from this guy's mouth. To follow that was one better, I contacted back hoping to speak to someone different and I indeed got someone different who also lied to me but gave a totally different reason. When I asked him about the alleged I didn't I. 2023 he literally asked me what I was talking about. PLEASE folks before u give even a penny to this casino ur better off lih Ghtong ur money on fire or throwing it out the window of a moving car. STAY FAR FAR away!
