Everything went very smoothly and delivery was very quick.
Absolute joke - do not use, ordered a bath, sink and taps. Whole delivery cancelled as sink taps were out of stock. Reorder without any taps, and asked for a refund, was refunded for the sink taps but they still delivered and charged me for the bath taps which I did not want. Bath also came with no legs, called Better bathrooms who tried telling me it doesn't come with legs, after arguing with them they realised they were wrong but couldnt send out replacement for 48 hours until they spoken with the supplier. I called back 2 days later as hadn't heard anything, they had no recollection of my previous call and said I need to wait 48 whilst they speak with the supplier. I then asked for them to send a replacement bath out with the missing parts which they said they couldn't do. I asked them to collect the bath and give a refund which was arranged for the next day. They didn't show up, called them again and they said oh you will have to wait 3 days for the next available collection date, and then 3-5 after they received it back to get my refund. Was told I was unable to speak to a manager as they cannot transfer calls, was told a manager can't call me back and was told as a company they don't offer compensation for the inconvenience. WHAT A JOKE!!!
Good quality products for the price, I bought a tap and an exposed shower set in chrome. The products came quickly and they look sturdy to use. Very quick delivery, they came almost immediately.
