Cancellation process is terrible and I feel misleading. Customer service no help at all despite explaining why I felt it was unfair. The cancellation process asks if you want to cancel and then tries to keep you - offers different things. I clicked around 3 separate times that I wanted to cancel so assumed it had been done. It transpires you have to actually phone in order to cancel after you’ve done all the clicking on line. Absolutely ridiculous you can subscribe online but not cancel. Very disappointing. Would not recommend nor will I be returning. Not cool at all.
Disgraceful very challenging to cancel, thought `I had bit company sent another package out without any warning, email saying was on the way, tried to cancel but company said couldn't be done, could not be returned and no discount even if I kept the items. Absolute con, avoid like the plague, ignore their suggestions that it can be cancelled at any time, they make it very difficult. This is not how you sell products to customers. I have complained to the company their response was basically 'Tough'! I would recommend you get your beer from the supermarket who are unlikely to swindle you out of money.

Took advantage of the introductory offer that I got through a third party the sign up process was very straightforward as was the delivery but when I tried to cancel the subscription it was not as easy as I expected it to be I had to trawl through page after page on their website and then I got a message saying that I had to call them to cancel it and then I had the upselling “I’ve noticed that you have some offers on your account” Luckily it was coming up to Christmas so I took the offer and then called them back when the second box was delivered and then the same thing I’ve got offers and credit on my account so after a few no thanks I finally got the subscription cancelled.
