United StatesImmediately after receiving Pioneer Band I decided I didn’t want it but it was very difficult to return. I agree they have poor customer service. Eventually I was able to return it and get my money back.

United KingdomI ordered the Bee Pioneer Edition on 27th February and paid in full — but nearly six weeks later, I’ve received nothing. No order confirmation, no tracking details, and no response to multiple follow-up emails. I even offered an alternative US shipping address after realising they no longer ship internationally, but still no reply. At this point, I just want either the product or a full refund, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Really disappointed with the experience and would not recommend ordering from this company based on how things have gone.
