DenmarkDenmarkFAKE products I ordered a couple of expensive perfumes and both are FAKE. The packages look authentic but none of them has perfume in it - it is just fluids. DO NOT buy from this company. Also scrolling down in trustpilot you can see a pop up where they notify the fact that this company has hustled the ratings.
DenmarkI ordered high-end shampoo and conditioner from Paul Mitchell which turned out to be unusable. The shampoo was just too liquid and didn’t clean enough while the conditioner was just like glue. I had to wash my hair again just to get it out of my hair. Sadly the customer service was as useless as the products. It started okay, saying they will look into it and then never heard back. Updating the review with a good response from beauty cos’ customer service, which ended up with me getting a refund for the faulty product. And I appreciated they did take responsibility for the mistake and delayed response.
