I recommend to stay away from this shop. I have ordered a product online from BAX Music Goes and the package was stuck in transit with DHL. They offered me to send the product again but I have decided to drive the shop (in total 500 km) to get the product directly from them in order to prevent more issues. They have reserved the product for me in the shop and a few days after I picked the product up and opaid it again, the tracking indicated that the parcel would have been now delivered to me. However, this was not the case and the tracking shows a name of a person who does not live in my house. I have informed Bax music immediately after I have received the email from DHL that my package would have been delivered. An investigation was opened and the DHL driver showed up 2 weeks later to inform me that they don't know anymore to which neighbour they gave the package (not even if it was a woman or a men). Rest assured that this will be clarified accordingly I have waited for Bax music to inform me about the outcome. However, Bax music did not contacted me as promised. After i chased up with BAX music, they informed me that the package would have been delivered correctly and the GPS location proofs that. The building I live in is splitted in 3 buildings and contains more than 70 appartements. A product of 1349,00€ has been given to an unknown person from house number 2,3 or 4. I hung up a paper at the entrance and investigated on my own without success.Since Bax Music is not willing to help and DHL always send me back to BAX music I have no other choice than taking legal action in order to get my right. This stress is going on for 6 weeks and will now take me even more time order to get my right. And all this just a few weeks before Chrismas. Considering the amount of 1349,00€ I'm missing now, Christmas is kind of destroyed. Really really sad experience.
Purchased speaker November 2024,got fobbed off with new delivery dates,went bankrupt in April, company got taken over and deleted my order, no speaker no money, down £410 a year later. Avoid these scammers

Im left stressed and frustrated by Bax. I’ve decided never to use them again after being a customer for many years. AND WHY? Well, Im renting an instrument which over TWO MONTHS AGO I settled ALL RENTAL on (BAX’s financial trouble meant my mandate got blocked) and at the same time I asked to pay the final amount to keep the instrument. A simple request but despite me sending them information and literally showing them screenshots of my bank transfer to them they have sent the same email many times saying basically:‘settle the rent and we will send you a final amount.’I have sent at least four email telling them I’ve already paid but they just keep repeating the above.So not only are they not listening but they take weeks to reply to one mail (incorrectly!) I Just hope finally someone listens to me and actually sends me the final account. It’s very stressful and if it’s not sorted out soon I will just send back the instrument!
