A shop is never better than its employees. I had mixed experiences with Bauhaus but the case here is how the job is to be done. A young gentleman, Kelvin from the store in Ishøj made all the difference. He is an apprentice but could be an example to follow for most of the others in the same store.

I bought a grill, and one of its parts was defective. On January 1st, I requested a replacement part so I could begin assembling the grill. Since then, I haven't received a formal response. I called customer service twice, and they told me they would send a technician, but I'm still waiting for them to do what they promised. I can't use the grill, which I already paid for and went to pick up. They haven't offered any solution since I reported the defect.
