I ordered a shower tray. I kept it wrapped until the plumber arrived for its own safety. When he unwrapped it he found it was cracked UNDER the packaging so clearly was packed already cracked. They REFUSED my refund or replacement because it took me more than 30 days from ordering to finding a plumber. I think they packed a faulty item they should replace it they're blanking any reasoning. Therefore I consider this company to be dishonest.
Timely delivery, user friendly platform
Bath panel is great. No complaints. However, it was chucked onto my driveway and two of the corners have chipped off which I had to superglue back on due to how it was delivered.
