
Take-away med friske råvarer som ikke gør noget at de bliver kolde inden du når hjem!
I’m writing this in English, so expats will understand as well! I made my order via Wolt and not only did they forget to deliver 2x salmon sashimi, the worker on the other end of the line kept on insisting that I didn’t make any orders with them… after some time, they find me in their system and instead of walking 5 min to my apartment with the sashimi, their chef suggests either for me to pick it up myself or wait for their manager to call me…. I could not pick it up myself, as I had a barely 3 months old baby sleeping on me and I could not leave…so I opted for waiting for the manager’s call… (not sure how a cal from the manager would help the situation…., but I waited)…. It’s 21:38 and still no call…. I’ve eaten there twice before and both times I was disappointed with the service… this third time will be my last. Bar’Sushi, I will be expecting to get my refund asap! You have my number!
This is our second home! When we want to treat ourselves we come here for the kind, sweet and attentive service! Disclaimer: the sushi is delicious!
The food is tasty but the service is not fine. I paid all you can eat and I had to wait 40 mins for a round to come. The waitress did not even told us anything or apologized for being so late. I paid more than 1000 dkk to leave hungry.
Our sushi did not seem to be fresh made, and it lacked flavor. Also the Kakiage appeared to have been reheated.
