United KingdomThe guys at AWD were amazing. I initially placed an order but entered the wrong email address. I had to flag a ticket but this was very quickly resolved by them in minutes (not days). The PC arrived quicker than I expected. Well before the expected date. It was packed brilliantly left no room for anything to become unplugged during the shipping. The only "nice to have" would be to have some M.2 screws but they added a quick release one which is plastic Overall can recommend and will definitely be going to them over Amazon for any future purchases

United KingdomSomeone's dropped the ball here! Customer service followed up 2 days after the order was placed to announce there was 'no stock' of the product from their suppliers - went back to the same product page and no, it's still very much in stock, but with a £60 price increase So bizarre, if they'd messed up the price and had to cancel for that reason then it genuinely wouldn't of been a problem. But to blame it on a supplier stock issue for a clear pricing mistake, lie to me, then offer an alternative product that's not even the same size board? Just a shocking experience all round. If you had been transparent instead of trying to cover up a mistake then this review wouldn't of happened - someone internally really needs to look into this...
