I can't log into my APP account and told that to the staff in person each appointment I took for the past year. I also wrote many emails but never got a response. The issue is that they are not available via phone, its just a robot that hangs up on you after some time and they don't send letters with lab results or anything to save cost. So basically they force you to go there in person just to pick your results instead of fixing their IT issue. I mean great they digitize but then the stuff also needs to work... It's tiring.
Very positive 35+ year check-up I had a great experience with Avi Medical. The staff were really kind, it was very efficient and I was booked for follow-ups on the same day.

I had an appointment today at avi medical centre, Lichtenberg. I moved from my house about 30 minutes before the appointment as it is near to my house. Unfortunately, the U-Bahn arrived 15 minutes late, and it is the first time happened! Then, the Straßen-Bahn arrived ten minutes late. So, I arrived late at the medical Center. My appointment was at 8:50, but I arrived at 9:05. The employee at the front desk started giving me lectures about being late. I told her that was not my problem! She seemed she didn’t want to understand, and then said again you were late, and I would see if the doctor allowed you to enter. She was looking at me as if I was her enemy in the battle! Again, I repeated the saying that was out of my hand! Again, she said she would see if the doctor allowed me to get in because I was late (15 minutes)! Then I raised my voice and said if you didn’t want me to get in, I would leave! She said, „ Lower your voice, and if you want to leave, leave!“ I left the Center. When you want to hire people at the front desk, at least tell them what proper is to be done! I came late! This is not her problem! This is mine! She can go to the doctor and ask about the solution, and then tell me about their procedure whether to let me get in or not because I was late, but not to behave as if she were the doctor or the owner of the place. Respect people and speak politely to them to be respected and be spoken to politely as well!

Was informed they would cover my medical insurance when on holidays via my bank. Absolute waste of time, requesting more and more forms to be completed, doing everything to try and not pay, asking for repetitive information, prolonging the process. In the mean-time I have had to pay everything from my own expense! Not covered at all by the seems of it!
