GBGBDelivery was as it should have been but it was obvious even before unpacking that the item had been opened before and then re-sealed with tape. Unfortunately when i opened the panels were seperated with unused FedEx jiffy bags and when assmbling i found out the reason for the item being opened before was that the bag containing the small parts to allow assembly had been opened and one item was deficient. I suspect this was an ex-display item.
I wanted to upgrade my Phono cartridge but i was not sure which cartridge would be the best fit.Joey was really helpful and patient making sure i picked the best cartridge for my turntable. He also made sure i was informed as to when it would be delivered.Great sevice from Audio Affair and Joey as usual.
