have been ordering from this company for some time now and I must praise the quality of the raw materials – they are truly verified and top-notch. I have also noticed that the customer service is much more responsive now, and the delivery is fast, which I greatly appreciate.However, I have two significant concerns regarding transportation:The packaging is not adequate for international transit. It frequently happens that goods arrive damaged or with leaks, which directly impacts the costs and usability of the products.Orders are shipped in multiple separate boxes. This unnecessarily increases the final shipping costs, which is a major downside for those of us ordering from abroad.I hope the management will work on optimizing the packaging and consolidation, as the products themselves are excellent!
